When you send an enquiry through this site we collect your name, email address, and — if you provide them — your phone number, company name, the service you are interested in, an approximate budget and the message you write. We do not collect payment details through this website.

Only to respond to your enquiry, prepare a proposal, and keep a record of work discussed. We do not sell data, and we do not add you to a marketing list unless you ask us to.

Enquiries are stored in the studio’s own database and are visible only to WebXcell staff. They are not shared with third parties, except where a proposal requires us to involve a named supplier and you have agreed to that.

This website does not set advertising or profiling cookies. If we add analytics in future, this page will be updated before it goes live.

Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to deal with the request and any resulting work, and reviewed periodically. If you want your enquiry removed, contact the studio and we will delete it.

You can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Use the contact details below and we will respond.
