Prospective students and parents arrive with the same three questions: which course, what does it require, and how do I apply. The site needed to answer them without a phone call.
What we did
We built a course catalogue with a page per programme, entry requirements and outcomes up front, admissions and fees written in plain language, and an enquiry route attached to every course page so a question arrives with the course attached.
The outcome
One place where a student can go from browsing courses to a submitted enquiry, and where the college can add a course without touching the code.
