The brief
The business was being found, but not chosen. Enquiries arrived by phone with no detail, and the site never answered the three things a customer wants to know: what the company does, where it works, and why it can be trusted with the job.
What we did
We rebuilt the site around the services people actually search for, with a page per trade, evidence of completed work, coverage areas and a short enquiry form that captures the job before the first call. Speed, heading structure and internal linking were handled as part of the build rather than patched on afterwards.
The outcome
One clear path from search to enquiry, and a site the team can update themselves as services and coverage change.
