The product had to work for two very different audiences at once: riders who want to find and book a journey in seconds, and operators who need to see demand and manage capacity.
What we did
We built it as a web application rather than a marketing site: a route and schedule layer, a booking flow, operator views for trips and capacity, and an account model that keeps riders and operators separate. It runs from one codebase on mobile and desktop.
The outcome
A working platform in production, taking real journeys at jointransit.transitbridge.app, and a base the team keeps extending as new routes are added.
